I confirm that I have the authority to authorize the reproduction of Custom Art requested or supplied. I agree on behalf of my company, to fully indemnify ProNine Sports and its owners and employees from claims arising from ProNine Sports reproduction of the requested supplied Custom Art
I / We understand that this custom order cannot be changed or canceled and there are no returns or exchanges allowed
