About ProNine Sports

ProNine Sports is a family-owned baseball and softball equipment manufacturer and wholesaler based in Solon, Ohio. Since 2001, we have provided quality products at reasonable prices while supporting sporting goods retailers, team dealers, training facilities, schools, coaches and athletes.

ProNine Sports was founded in Southern California in 2001 by Frank Hardy, one of the original founders of Diamond Sports. Brad Emerman purchased the company in 2014 and moved it to Solon, Ohio. ProNine Sports remains family-owned and operated.

We answer our phones, respond quickly, ship most in-stock orders the same or next business day and stand behind the products we sell. Products and Ball Selection

ProNine Sports offers baseballs, softballs, pitching-machine and training balls, training bats, fungo bats, ball buckets, equipment bags, nets, training equipment, training gloves, protective guards, catcher’s equipment, batting gloves, batting helmets, umpire equipment, umpire accessories, sunglasses and other baseball and softball accessories. Most products are sold under the ProNine brand. Private-label programs are also available for qualifying customers.

The correct ball depends on the player’s age, level of competition, league requirements, construction preferences and intended use. ProNine offers balls for youth leagues, practices, games, training facilities, pitching machines, high schools, colleges and other levels of play. Yes. ProNine offers pitching-machine baseballs designed for the repeated use and wear associated with training facilities and high-volume practice environments.

Selected ProNine products are licensed, certified or approved for applicable organizations and standards, including NFHS, NOCSAE/SEI, Little League Baseball and Softball, Babe Ruth League, Cal Ripken Baseball, PONY Baseball and Softball, and USSSA. Approvals vary by product, so review the individual product description and applicable league requirements before ordering.

Yes. ProNine Sports offers private-label and custom product opportunities for qualifying customers. Available options may include custom logos, packaging, specifications and other product modifications. Minimum commitments depend on the product and customization requested.

Dealers and Ordering

ProNine Sports primarily supports sporting goods retailers, team dealers and other authorized accounts. The general public may place orders through our website, but larger-volume opportunities are directed through our dealer network whenever appropriate. ProNine may credit the closest participating dealer for qualifying sales.

ProNine Sports offers purchasing programs for independent sporting goods retailers, team dealers, buying-group members, Play It Again Sports stores, baseball and softball training facilities, decorators, embroiderers and other qualifying sporting goods businesses. Program qualifications, opening orders and purchasing requirements vary.

ProNine offers programs for businesses of different sizes. Opening-order minimums and booking qualifications depend on the type of account and sales channel, but our programs are designed to be accessible to a wide range of qualified dealers.

ProNine Sports serves dealers throughout the United States as well as customers in Canada and other international markets.

Most in-stock orders ship from our Solon, Ohio facility the same or next business day. Actual delivery time depends on product availability, order requirements, destination and carrier service.

ProNine works with manufacturing partners in Vietnam, Cambodia and China. Products are warehoused and shipped from our facility in Solon, Ohio.

Returns, Warranties and Support

Most unused products may be eligible for return, subject to ProNine’s current return policy and approval. Baseballs and softballs that have been played with cannot be returned. Contact customer service before returning any product.

ProNine publishes a written warranty for its fungo bats. Other product concerns are reviewed individually. We stand behind our products and work to resolve legitimate customer issues fairly and promptly.
