How Custom-Logo Baseball Programs Work

ProNine offers two custom-logo baseball programs: a quick-turn domestic option with a one-dozen minimum and a two-to-four-week lead time, and an overseas factory option with a 100-dozen minimum and a 90-to-120-day lead time. Which one fits depends on order size and how far in advance the order is placed.

Comparing the two programs

Program Logo Minimum order Lead time Pricing
Quick-turn domestic stamping One color One dozen balls Two to four weeks from artwork approval Upcharge applies
Overseas factory stamping One color 100 dozen balls 90 to 120 days from artwork approval No additional stamping cost

What to plan for

Lead times begin only after usable artwork is approved, not from the date the order is placed, so submitting final artwork early matters as much as placing the order early. Custom-logo orders are final sale and cannot be changed, canceled, returned, or exchanged except when the product is defective or ProNine made an error.

A simple way to decide

For smaller orders or shorter timelines, choose quick-turn domestic stamping.

For large-volume orders placed well in advance, overseas factory stamping avoids the additional stamping cost.

Submit final, usable artwork as early as possible — the lead-time clock doesn’t start until it’s approved.

Contact ProNine Sports for current pricing and to confirm minimums and lead times before ordering, as production schedules can affect timing.
